I would like to respectfully request the postponement of our upcoming “Code E Opening of Bids” originally scheduled on July 28, 2025 which will be moved on August 4, 2025 at DA Caraga Conference Hall, Butuan City. The said reschedule is made due to the conflict schedule and unavailability of key team members. This adjustment is in accordance with Proclamation No. 839, which declares Tuesday, 01 April 2025, a regular holiday nationwide in observance of Eld Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan).
